Clean the house- a buyer will make a decision based on appearance. A clean house increases in value and is more presentable in the market. You should be interested in the internal and external spaces when cleaning. Presentable houses are easier to sell compared to untidy ones.

Photography used during listing easily conceals the broken sections. The faults are revealed when the buyer makes a physical visit to the site. It raises his level of doubt making him believe that other areas are neglected too. This will delay your plans to dispose the house in the shortest time possible.

Know its value- the items that determine the value of a home include design features, materials, size and condition. By identifying its worth, you are guaranteed to enjoy excellent value. The figure should factor in the amount owed to the lender if it was acquired on loan.

The value is not decided by viewing using your eyes. Property inspectors are trained valuers and work for both buyers and sellers. They offer a professional and detailed valuation report that gives a full view of your house. When listing your house, you will have an idea of the asking price and the point beyond which the buyer should not negotiate.

There are online property valuation sites that provide cheap and reliable services. They produce a comprehensive report depending on the details you provide. They are considered less expensive and easier to use compared to a valuer.

Different communities and parks have placed restrictions on signage during advertisement when listing. The best position to place the sign is on the front window or the yard. Each neighborhood has different rules that should be followed to avoid prosecution and fines.

Homes located in RV communities require that the management is notified of any intended sale. The management needs this information so that they can conduct background checks and determine if the new occupant is fit for the community. If the mobile structure has to remain in the park, a written application is demanded for some communities.
