Toilet Plunger Holder Is The Best Tool For Clogged Toilet Drain Holes

By Sharron Cantu

Clogged toilets are unsanitary and a huge problem, especially if it's the only accessible one in your home. A toilet plunger holder can be used in a number of tested methods to help clear up the water closet plumbing. Make sure you always use the right tools for this job, as merely flushing the bowl will lead to an even bigger mess.

Do not flush your toilet more than once after you see that it is clogged. Plungers will do a far greater job in fixing this problem, and was made just for this job. If however the bowl remains clogged after several tries of plunging, you may need to try other known methods to clear the plumbing.

Water closet plungers come in all shapes and sizes. Purchase a ball-shaped or fold-out rubber flange ended plungers for the best effectiveness. A larger plunger may also require more downward power from your end.

You may start unclogging your water closet by inserting the plunger directly into the water so that it is completely submerged. Press it firmly down against the drain hole and make sure the hole is covered entirely. If the hole isn't entirely covered, you may fail in unclogging the toilet.

You can create the necessary suction and pressure on the drain hole by sharply pulling then strongly pushing the plunger head back and forth. During these motions, make sure the plungers are acting inside the water rather than moving far up into the air above. Your water closet can be unclogged in several motions and be clear for use in no time.

You could try dropped 5 tablespoons of dish soap in the bowl and let it sit for about 5 to 7 minutes. After letting it sink in, pour about a pot of boiling water into the soapy bowl so it better lubricates the entirety of the water closet. Plunge the drain about 5 to 7 times afterwards to clear up the blockage.

You could also use a 2 cup mixture of baking soda and vinegar to unclog the drain. As long as your toilet bowl isn't filled completely with water, you can pour the mixture in and wait several minutes for it to settle. Afterwards, pour some more water inside the bowl and use your plunger.

If your water closet is still clogged, unravel a wire hanger. You should be left with a long wire that has a hooked end. Push the hooked end into the drain hole and maneuver it in a circular motion to unclog the drain.

Using the plungers usually suffices in clearing up water closet clogs. However, your problem may be in the plumbing itself. If there is a seriously underlying issue with your plumbing, you will need to address it with a professional's help. Make sure to give a professional plumber a call if your toilet keeps on clogging up. He or she will let you know whether you need to replace a pipe or offer sound advice.
